Top Producer Criteria

1. Minimum CLOSED sales production level of $2,000,000 for the year
2. Minimum CLOSED team sales & on-site sales production level of $5,000,000 for the year
3. Must complete and submit the entry form by set deadline
4. Entries will not be eligible iwthout a Broker’ Signature
5. Must be present to receive your award at the Awards Presentation
6. Must have been a member in good standing of WCR  Naples Chapter for the award year
7. Must have attended a minimum of 3 Business Resource Meetings in the award year

Category Levels

I – General Real Estate Sales

• Superior Sales ($10,000,000 plus)
• Excellent Sales ($5,000,000 – $9,999,999)
• Outstanding Sales ($2,000,000 – $4,999,999)

II – Team General Real Estate Sales

• Superior Sales ($10,000,000 plus)
• Excellent Sales ($5,000,000 – $9,999,999)

III – Number of Units

• 48 Superior
• 25 – 48 Excellent
• 24 Outstanding                           III – Developer On-Site Sales
• Superior Sales ($5,000,000 plus)
• Excellent Sales ($2,000,000 – $4,999,999)
